Answer: In the EndlessRise SEO Reseller Program, your responsibilities include customer service and billing. Most companies who become SEO Resellers already have a customer service and billing structure in place; therefore, they simply integrate their marketing Clients into their pre-existing structure. However, if you do not have a company and are a freelancer, you will need to set up a way to deal with customer service and billing. For phone support, email support, and general Customer Service we recommend using a chat system such as Skype for your Clients. For billing, we recommend the easy-to-use business account of PayPal. It is very easy to set up; they do not have a monthly fee and only take a small percentage of each transaction.What happens if my client’s website has pre-existing duplicate content or ranking penalties pre-existing in Google?
Answer: Endless Rise will work to resolve the ranking penalty in Google, however sometimes ranking penalties take a heavy toll and are difficult to overcome.
