Paul Stinemetz was born in the small town of Holcomb, Kansas. Paul studied biochemistry in Santa Barbara and planned on attending medical school in Los Angeles. While the days were devoted to studies and chemistry labs, the nights were set aside for extra jobs: on duty as security guard at the largest hospital in the city and moonlighting as bouncer at clubs on weekends.
In search of passive income, Paul stumbled upon online marketing and decided that it was the safest way to generate passive income given his startup budget. In 2007, he purchased some online marketing lessons, put college on hold, and flew to Puerto Rico. Paul chose Puerto Rico because he said he wanted to get away and isolate himself from the rest of the world to increase his odds of creating a successful business. Being a surfer, and being in Rincon, Puerto Rico—the #1 surf town in the world surely had a significant influence as well.
The online marketing and design entity is now known as Endlessrise and has over 300 employees in Makati, Manila Philippines. The primary services offered are SEO, SMO, PPC, and Web Design. Endlessrise runs over 1500 marketing campaigns making Paul one of the most experienced online marketing consultants in the world.
Paul has personally consulted over 2500 marketing agencies in an effort to help them become thriving entities in the retail online marketing and design world. Through collective speaking engagements, Paul has held an audience of over 20,000 marketing and design executives worldwide. To date, Paul lives one block from the office in Makati, Philippines and continues to be a thriving workaholic. Over the last 5 years he has not returned to the USA, nor has he taken more than a weekend break from work.
In an interview with Paul, he said, “People have been telling me for many years that I work too hard and that too much work will become a detriment. In short people thought I was crazy for working so much and not taking a break.” He exclaimed, “They call me the white ghost because I work nights and get no sun, hahaha! But it is actually easier for me.”
He continues, “I prefer to keep my momentum going and I happen to be very stubborn. I refuse to take a legitimate vacation until Endlessrise is where I’ve always envisioned it to be. Endlessrise is a well-operated company now, but we are not yet at a level that I’m satisfied with. I work hard and fight to make Endlessrise the best company I can in order to support all the resellers we have. I know other companies depend on us for the majority of their business’s existence and this weighs heavily on all our minds here at Endlessrise. I’d like for everyone to know how dedicated I am to their success and this dedication comes at a great sacrifice to my personal life. I literally work–eat–sleep– get up and do it again. Above all, the greatest inspiration I have to keep working hard is seeing how hard my employees work right alongside me. I’m grateful to be in the position I am in and I’m proud to be able to bring Endlessrise services to the world.”
