After more than a month – the last update was made August 12th, Google rolled out another revision to Panda, the 7th to come this year. Although there were no mentions of specific types of sites, pages or content targeted by the latest update, there were already reports of some sites experiencing major losses.
As usual, Google shared their objective:
“We’re continuing to iterate on our Panda algorithm as part of our commitment to returning high-quality sites to Google users. This most recent update is one of the roughly 500 changes we make to our ranking algorithms each year.”
