Launching a marketing and/or design campaign is not as difficult as it may appear. Inside of our proposal module you have easy to follow steps in order to launch a campaign. It is literally as easy as following step 1, 2, 3, 4 and then you request your invoice.
For marketing campaigns, step one is to finalize your keywords which you can do from the keyword information module. Step 2 is approving the proposal. Sometimes we generate different proposals for you in the system to choose from and you need to go in and manually approve (click of a button) a proposal so we know which one to work on. Step 3 is completing the launch form. There is a unique campaign launch information we need for each different type of campaign. You may send a link to the launch form directly to the client and then approve the information when it comes back. Step 4 is selecting your project management points of contact and step 5 is requesting invoice.
Web Design has a similar workflow, minus the keywords required to be finalized. Social media has a bit of a different workflow as well but the good news is, it is all easily laid out for you in a step-by-step format that any project manager would be able to follow.
