Endlessrise has developed technologies to bring you some of the best reporting available. In the video tutorials you will find education on interpreting the different types of reports we generate. The reports are roughly grouped into two different categories; before launching a paid campaign (marketing or design) and after launching a campaign.
The reports we provide to you before launching a marketing campaign consist of a manually sourced keyword research, local presence report, website audit reports, and a competition analysis report. For SEO proposal requests we provide you with 5 reports for each request. The purpose of this is to help you close your sales.
Pre-launch Campaign Reports – To Help You with Sales
Keyword Research Report
The keyword research report is more of a tool; we simply sourced all of the data for you. You are able to share the research report with your client online, perform instant search filters, and allow your client to highlight keywords on their side while you view it from your dashboard login at a later time, if necessary. The keyword research module is one of the most impressive features of our dashboard and we are sure your jaw will drop when you really see it in action and the amount of $$ it makes you in sales. The video tutorial will guide you on how to use this tool from a technical standpoint and from a sales standpoint.
Local Presence Report
For marketing campaigns, we run a local presence report. This report will show you your clients’ grade on their Google Plus/Maps, Yahoo Local, and Bing Local profiles. It will also show you their current online directories, online mentions, and social media statistics. On top of that it will show you where their competitors are located and what directories their competitors are in. This is a great presence and competition analysis report for locally-based companies. A true sales tool!
Site Audit Reports
Endlessrise runs two different styles of site audit reports for you to choose from. These reports analyze the website itself. They are not the SEOMoz quality because they are meant to run, run, run, run.. and for you to pitch, pitch, pitch to your clients. They are meant for high volume auditing for free. The reports are comprehensive and will arm any salesperson with the knowledge they need to wow a client when a client says, “Can you tell me what is wrong with my website”. These reports are similar to website grader, they are really meant for high level technical overview to help you in your sales pitch. We do have much higher grade website audit reports however, those cost money and are really not necessary unless a client is ready to engage in marketing services and needs a pre-campaign in depth website analysis. Your website audit training tutorials will take your non-technical salespeople and turn them into technical consultants overnight! These reports put into the right hands could be dangerous at how much money they generate you so watch out! [insert smiley]
Competition Analysis Report
The competition analysis module is to compare rankings from your lead’s website to their competitors’ websites. When ERI does keyword research for you we typically pull back anywhere from 20 to 300 keywords depending on the business niche. When we pull back these keywords we also pull back all the top 10 pages of rankings. This way you can go into the competition analysis module and swap competitors and return full ranking data within 5 seconds on as many keywords within the system. You are able to view 3 competitors’ rankings side by side with your leads. The video tutorials will guide you through this workflow and show you how to turn this tool into a money-making machine. This competition analysis module is truly state of the art software development.
Woops, did we mention all of these tools are on a public page for your client to review on their own time with your branding. It’s the icing on the cake.
The above was all in reference to the pre-campaign launch sales reports we run for you. During a paid campaign we produce different reports.
Post- launch Campaign Reports
Everyone needs a work report. When we complete our work for the particular month, we will collect all of our work internally and publish a work report for you. The work report can be reviewed by you as it is located inside of your dashboard. You can share this work report to with other company members and/or to your client’s own portal. Our work report video tutorial will make sure your project managers understand the work reports before you even get started.
We ran custom analytics previously, however, that was recently discontinued. Google Analytics has evolved too much for us to keep up with them on the development side and so now we rely on Google Analytics for traffic and analytics reports. The analytics from Google can be accessed from inside of the dashboard and shared internally with other members of your company or your client’s portal. The analytics video tutorial will give you a high level overview of Google Analytics.
Keyword Ranking Dashboard
The keyword ranking dashboard allows you to track your client’s rankings. You are also able to load in your own keywords. For instance if you have 5 keywords on a marketing campaign but want to add another 10 to the keyword ranking dashboard because you know they are ranking on page 1 for 10 separate keywords, you have the power to add those keywords yourself. The keyword ranking dashboard has a graph view, weekly view, monthly view, daily per keyword historic view, and a grid view for those excel fans. You can also export your entire ranking history. The keyword ranking dashboard video tutorial will show you everything you need to know.
Misc Campaign Reports
From PPC to Social Media Optimization, we produce many different types of campaign reports. Please reference the report tutorials to learn about the reports that apply to any services you plan on offering to your clients.
