Given you met all the qualifications in step one, step two is your first step into the Endlessrise world!
Signing up is easy, simply visit this page, and fill out the sign up form. At the bottom of the sign up form you will see the partnership agreement. In order to engage in partnership with ERI you must agree to the terms of service agreement. If you have any questions about the terms of service or the sign up form feel free to call in at 323-313-1234 and ask to speak to a representative.
Once you submit your sign up form, please allow up to 48 business hours for us to review your application. We will check to make sure you meet all the qualifications and send you an email letting you know either way. If you meet all of the qualifications, you will receive a welcome email to our partnership. Inside of the welcome email you will get a personal welcome video from the CEO, a walk-through video of the facility, instructions on how to set a meeting with your account manager, and a link to sign up for ongoing webinars. In short, we send you a wonderful gift basket! … too bad it doesn’t come with chocolates .
After you setup your meeting with your dedicated account manager, you want to log into the dashboard and reference the tutorial videos. The video tutorials are organized according to chapters and steps. We encourage you to make it through as many tutorial videos as possible before meeting with your account manager as the majority of your questions will be answered by the tutorial videos.
Feel free to spend time with your account manager talking about questions you have outside of the tutorial training we offer you. Your account manager is there to answer any questions you have.
Endlessrise wants to make sure you have a warm welcoming to our partnership and our account managers are there to establish a personal relationship and trust. During this call you will also be introduced to your dedicated sales consultant.
The account manager is there to escalate issues to. The sales consultant is your point of contact(s) for processing ordering and receiving consulting on your service orders. ERI does support you with research and consulting while you are still trying to gather and close your leads, so the sales consultant will become your primary point of contact after speaking with your account manager.
So let’s assume you have signed up and already spoken with your account manager, now what? Next you need to learn our services well since it is you who will be selling them.
