If you qualify as a reseller, you are responsible for closing your own sales, client communications and relationships, manage your projects, provide customer support and manage billing for your clients. We provide support along the way through our dashboard technology and through your account managers, but interfacing with your clients is your sole responsibility.

We are not directly involved in your sales activities but we provide you with all the help that we can give so that you can get more business.
|As a reseller dealing with your own clients, part of your responsibility is customer support. You will need to manage expectations accordingly. You will have to answer many questions to your clients and be able to interpret and explain reports to them with competency.||Along these lines, we provide exceptional reseller customer support to you, so that in turn, you can provide excellent customer support as well.|
