Free Proposal Conditions

Endless Rise Inc. offers free Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Online Reputation Management (ORM), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and other proposals to their resellers. Our ORM and PPC proposals take a relatively small amount of time to create so they are currently free without any limitations. However, SEO proposals are quite time-consuming. A regular SEO proposal will take at least two hours to create whereas a large budget one can take up to four hours. The creation of an SEO proposal takes so much time because of the keyword research involved. Intensive keyword analysis consisting of keyword gathering, pulling statistics and running rankings up to 500 positions deep on hundreds of keywords are some of the requisites.
As with anything free, there is a limit on how many free proposals an SEO reseller is allowed. However, if the conditions below are met, a reseller may continue to receive free proposals. All charges for proposals that are outside of the free proposal request conditions will be refunded upon campaign commencement.

The level of proposals we provide for SEO sets our company apart from the competition.

Initial Free Proposal Allowance

The initial free proposal allowance is set per reseller depending on how many active SEO campaigns they currently have with Endless Rise. The ‘initial free proposal allowance’ is labeled thus because this is the free amount of proposals a reseller can receive with no conditions. A reseller can request ten proposals and close zero of them without receiving a penalty or paying for them. However, in cases like this, we set certain terms if requests for additional proposals are received. The reason for this is quality control on our free proposals and to make sure resellers are not taking advantage of this offer. Endless Rise feels that if a company requests ten proposals (over 20 hours of free research from Endless Rise Inc.) and closes none of them, then their leads are not strong enough and they should look into increasing the quality. Resellers should be more discriminating so only leads that are worth the SEO proposals are requested.

Minimum Closing Ratio Required to Continue Receiving Free Proposals

The ‘initial’ free proposal allowance works this way: once resellers have used up their free proposal allowance, they must meet the minimum closing ratio in order to continue receiving SEO proposals for free. For instance, if you are a new reseller and you have zero SEO campaigns with Endless Rise Inc., you are granted ten free proposals. After receiving ten proposals, if you do not close at least one (10% closing ratio), you will be charged per proposal from that point forward. So if a new reseller requests ten proposals and closes none of them, the 11th proposal request will cost a designated fee (see table below). On the other hand, if a new reseller with Endless Rise Inc. requests ten proposals and closes at least one of them, then they have met the 10% closing ratio and will receive another ten proposals free of charge. In this fashion, as long as resellers maintain at least a 10% closing ratio, they will always receive free proposals, unless their proposal requests per day exceeds their designated limit. The percent closing ratio is reset per initial free proposal allowance interval.

Daily Free Proposal Request Limit

Free proposals are limited to a daily request limit. If we did not put a limit on this, a reseller with 10-15 active SEO campaigns with Endless Rise Inc. could request 50 free proposals in one day. This would result to putting most of our team on overtime to fulfill this request. Typically, resellers produce leads on a trickling basis and decide to collect them over a certain span of time and then upload them all at once as proposal requests to Endless Rise Inc. Proposals are hard to deal with when they are submitted all in one load and the requested return date remains 2 business days. The placement of the daily free proposal limit was created in the hopes of encouraging resellers to upload proposal requests as they gain their leads instead of one large load at once. This should help in return time on proposals to the reseller and might even help them follow up with their clients in a more timely fashion. If any reseller needs to request more free proposals that exceed their daily limit, they simply need to pay the additional proposal fee as set in the table below.

Cost per Proposal if Daily Limit is Exceeded or Minimum Closing Ratio is Not Met

If a reseller exceeds their limit of initial free proposals without meeting the minimum 10% closing ratio, then every proposal from that point forward requires the designated fee. At any point that the reseller exceeds the 10% closing ratio, the proposals will again be generated as long as they are within the daily limit. If the daily limit of free proposal requests is exceeded, then the additional proposals requested will incur the designated fee.

Proposal Fee Refunded Upon Campaign Commencement

Although the proposal fee is a small amount, Endless Rise Inc. still refunds it upon campaign commencement. The 1st bill on the 1st month of the SEO campaign will be deducted by the amount charged for that proposal. Again, most of the proposals we write are free. This is only for the proposals that resellers are charged for.
