With over 35 managers and more than 300 total employees, our staff is our company. We have a very professional, talented and dedicated team. They build their careers to service you and they come to work every day with a mission and that is to provide superior service to your clients at the backend for you.
We believe that keeping our people happy is tantamount to running a successful business. And so we provide health care benefits, vacation leaves, company parties, team building and training, as well as intra-company career opportunities to keep them happy, adept and motivated. At the end of the day, if people are happy, services will be good. The Endlessrise team is a bunch of happy, professional, 300 individuals and still growing.
Isolating, Structuring, and Implementing
As with any company, structuring and organizing begins with isolating people and tasks. Endlessrise is divided into 32 departments and 63 sub departments. Each department has at least one manager and one team leader. Every department has their own procedures (written documentation and videos), quality auditing, key performance indicators (KPIs), and monthly reviews. Operational heads check in with each department weekly and hold monthly management meetings.
With a staff of over 300 employees we are able to isolate tasks to a greater degree per employee, and as a result give our staff more specialized jobs. As a result we have an increase in production, quality, and consistency. Monthly management meetings allow us to pull our managers together to share their strengths and talk to each other about cross-departmental issues. With a manager to employee ratio of 1 to 10, our rockstar management teams ensure that all services are delivered on time with topnotch quality.
The Recruitment and Hiring Process
As with any desirable team that displays a high level of talent and unity, it is difficult to join otherwise everyone would be on “that team”. The higher the bar is raised for any team, the better that team will be because they have better players.
Having a great team is one thing, but expanding and growing a great team at a rapid pace is another challenge. Endlessrise has 3 full-time recruitment officers and two members of higher management directly overseeing their department. We invest so much into our recruitment process because we understand the value of our employees and understand that the difference between high-quality service and poor quality service is largely in the employees’ hands. Our recruitment process consists of a personality exam, technical exams, background checks, and an extensive clearance system before we employ anyone.
The majority of new hires go through a one-month trial phase. During the one month trial phase they are given weekly check in meetings and an end of the month evaluation to determine if they are cleared for probationary employment or not. Probationary status employees are on a 6-month trial to see if we want to place them as a permanent employee or not. Probationary employees are given monthly evaluations followed by an accumulated 6-month evaluation. Only those who pass the probationary employment phase are granted regular employment. Regular employment means they are granted access to full company benefits and no longer in a trial phase subject to discontinuation of their employment if they do not pass their evaluations.
Professional Work Environment
Providing a professional work environment is very important to us and has a lot more to do with just having a nice facility. An ideal work environment has a positive “aura”, personality, or vibe to it. We invest a lot of money and time to make sure we provide a professional work environment taking into consideration the following factors.
If you go to work and sit in a dingy room with no windows it does not make for a stimulating work environment. Our offices are surrounded by floor-to-ceiling windows providing beautiful city view. Since the majority of the office is filled with either office furniture or computer hardware, we also took this into consideration when it comes to visual appeal. All desks and chairs are of high quality with matching design. All chairs are custom-made with high-density foam to make sure the staff always has a comfortable seat to sit on. All drapes are color coordinated orange, green, or yellow to represent the company colors. The walls are covered with artwork that includes nature-scapes and motivational quotes as depicted in the office walk through video. All monitors and CPUs are color-coordinated black and so are the conference room tables. Not only has Endlessrise hired designers and consultants but they also value employee feedback when designing the office.
Visual appeal beyond the office is also important. This extends to the building itself. Endlessrise is located in a high grade 32-floor office building. The building has a beautiful lobby and the elevator opens to Endlessrise with marble walls and floors. It is important to us to know that when our employees set foot inside of the building, that they feel like they are entering into a professional environment.
Last but not least, visual appeal also has to do with what employees are wearing. Endlessrise does have a dress code because it is important for employees to take pride in their office environment and reflect that pride in their own personal presentation.
Hardware and IT Support
As part of providing a professional work environment, it is necessary to provide the latest hardware given as we are an IT-based company. All of our computers have a speed of at least 2.6ghz and all monitors are a minimum of 19” and many are over 21”. Many stations are running dual LCD monitors to increase efficiency and we have 4 full-time employees providing 24-hour IT support. Add on two dedicated fiber Internet lines at 70mbps upload speed and you feel like know you are working in a professional work environment from an IT perspective.
Morale and Attitude
Professionalism is in how you act, and a professional work environment requires a collective consciousness of professionalism from all employees. Endlessrise strives to provide a positive work environment by teaching our managers how to use positive reinforcement over negative motivational tactics. We also have a low tolerance for employees who do not treat other employees well. Who we hire and fire has everything to do with whether or not you build a positive work environment, and we certainly put that as one of our main priorities when hiring new people. It is important that negative attitudes are addressed accordingly and to reward positive attitudes. At Endlessrise, we realize that good morale requires stimulation with ongoing education, career growth opportunity and rewards programs as something to look forward to and work towards.
Ongoing Education and Career Growth Opportunities
Mental stimulation is a requirement for any motivated employee. Learning, evolving skills, and having the ability to apply that knowledge directly to one’s trade is a necessity for anyone seeking greater career growth. If career growth is not an option in any company, then at some point overall employee morale and attitude will turn sour and you will no longer have a professional work environment. Therefore providing ongoing education and career advancement opportunities is 100% necessary to retain a professional work environment.
We provide ongoing education to all departments and for departments with basic tasks such as data entry. We provide cross-position training opportunities outside of working hours. With these programs in place, even the most entry-level data entry employee can participate in ongoing education to learn a new position that would come with a higher pay grade. Out of respect for all staff within Endlessrise we promote and “hire within” whenever possible to provide all internal employees with career advancement opportunities. Benefits and Perks
Part of being in a professional work environment is feeling appreciated and a sense of compassion from the company. All employees enjoy health benefits after one year employment including medical, dental, and optical. Employee health is important to the company and Endlessrise makes sure that employees know our concern by offering full health benefits. To show appreciation to employees, Endlessrise organizes department “outings” to make sure the teams have a great time bonding together outside of the office. We also throw company parties, management parties, and monthly pizza Fridays. On particular holidays, Endlessrise will bring in catering services to the office, give several rounds of motivational speeches and then usually open the floor to karaoke of course!
Each department has their own way of showing company appreciation and this is refined though weekly and monthly meetings with higher management and executives.
