Important Update about Communications Hub and Campaign Tracker
- Video and Document Library Sharing Upgrade
- Report Library Sharing Upgrade
- New Design Portfolio and Mobile Responsive Testing Tool
- An Insight into Endlessrise and our Compassion
We have just soft launched our long awaited communications hub and campaign tracker. If you are a manager level user you can now login and give it a test drive. You will be able to interface with all features except the ability to add tickets. We will be activating the communications within the campaign tracker and communications hub on October 16th. Until then all new support related communication will remain in the current Support Ticketing Module you are accustomed to using.
On October 16th we will be creating all NEW tickets and tasks inside of the New Communications Hub. Since new communication will be housed there, you will no longer be able to submit new support tickets inside of the Old Support Ticketing module as of October 16th. You will however be able to reply to all previous support tickets in the old Support Ticket module since all pre-existing support tickets will not be transferred to the New Communications Hub.
For now we have a bit of homework for you, and hope you don’t mind… We want to ask everyone to watch the attached videos and make sure to log into your dashboard and assign the project management points of contact for all of your campaigns in the New Campaign Tracker. This way, when we start submitting tasks and tickets in the New Communications Hub we will know your exact project management points of contact for all of your existing campaigns.
Please note that assigning the project management points of contact in the Campaign Tracker does not modify your project management points of contact in the Old Support Ticketing Module. To ensure streamlined communications in project management when we start using the New Communications Hub on October 16th please make sure to have all project management points of contact assigned in the New Campaign Tracker. Again, the tutorial video attached will show you how to do this.
Member Level Video and Document Sharing Permissions Upgrade
We had many request to upgrade our sharing permissions on our document library and video library because many agencies did not want their member level users seeing all of our videos and documents. In response to many requests we have now added the ability for you to share all video/documents to your member level company users, share no videos/documents to your member level users, or choose select videos/documents you want your member level users to see. Please see attached tutorial video for tour of the new feature.
Upgraded Client Report Sharing Options and New Keyword Ranking Dashboard
Also in response to popular demand we have upgraded the report library client sharing options. Previously you could only share all reports for a particular campaign to the client portal, but now you have the option to choose which reports you want to share to the client portal. So for instance maybe you want to share the Keyword Ranking Dashboard but not their work report… you now have the ability to pick and choose which reports show up in the client portal.
The New Keyword Ranking Dashboard was blocked from client view until we fixed the bugs we were having. We have updated the rankings for Oct. 6 weekly cycle in the new keyword ranking dashboard and have yet to find any bugs with the ranking data. On top of that we also have a small team going through every single campaign and if they find any obvious issues with the keyword ranking data they are manually uploading a csv with ranking data from a secondary system to repair any errors in current ranking data. We feel confident enough at this point in time to give you the thumbs up to go ahead and share the new keyword ranking dashboard to your client companies. All keyword ranking history will be ported over from the OLD Keyword Ranking Dashboard to the New Keyword Ranking Dashboard within the next two weeks. At that point in time we will remove the Old Keyword Ranking Dashboard so there is no confusion. Please see attached video tutorial to go over the new report sharing upgrades.
Your Own Domain Masked Design Portfolio and Mobile Responsive Testing Tool
For those of you who do not know about this, you can view your own design portfolio by going to e-dasher.com/portfolio. If you have domain masked the dashboard that means this portfolio would be available off of your own website. Now this portfolio is directly accessible without having to login. That means you could send your client the link to view your own design portfolio. The design portfolio now has around 100 different websites, some custom… some themes, and has ecommerce and well as mobile responsive websites for demo viewing. The mobile responsive websites within the portfolio show you what the website will look like in a small Smartphone, iphone, tablet, and ipad.
On top of all this, there is the mobile responsive testing tool. This tool shows you what your client’s website currently looks like at the screen width of a small Smartphone, iphone, tablet, and ipad. It helps you to sell mobile responsive design because you can immediately show them how horrible their website looks on all these devices, and how nice their new website would look on all the devices.
I supposed I should also mention that the new design portfolio itself IS mobile responsive. So if you wanted to show your client a live example of a mobile responsive website, you could simply show them your design portfolio, because it is mobile responsive now. This was also a huge upgrade to the design portfolio in response to popular demand. Please see attached video for a full tutorial.
In Summary and Some Insight into the Sensitive Side of Endlessrise
I really love to be able to send out newsletters like this to let everyone know that we listen to your requests and continue to improve at a very rapid pace. We are always planning ahead, and building the best services and technologies to better your business. I wish you could all fly out here and see exactly what we do behind the scenes, the kind of people that work for us, and the passion that goes into making these progressions and developments possible. At Endlessrise we are more than just a service provider, in many ways we are a large family.
I’d like to share an example with you to give you an idea about what kind of employees we have and what kind of a company we are. About two weeks ago our messenger was shot near his home. Mark runs errands for us, it’s greatly trusted with confidential documents, money, and helps myself and Lee Ann with about anything you could ever think of. He has helped us move, helps us hang pictures, put together new furniture etc. Mark has been with us for more than one year, and has to be one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. He is a great father and works very hard to support his family. When we heard Mark was shot we were in disbelief, because he would never do anything to hurt anyone. It was simply a freak occurrence of being in front of the wrong person at the wrong time, and he was shot in the stomach and nearly died. Our employees really came together to support him, went to the hospital frequently and put together a campaign to raise money to help out with his massive hospital bills. Endlessrise matched all employee donations and were able to provide Mark with thousands of dollars to aid him and his family with their hospital bills.
It is important for me to be able to share with you events such as this to show you what kind of a company you are doing business with, what kind of people you support by doing business with us, and the level of compassion our company instills as a core value.
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and I will be in touch as more development upgrades and service changes are released.
